Our success has been based on offering powdercoat colours and finishes that no other Australian (or international) website can offer. Whether you need something that makes the kitchen “pop” or compliments the Colorbond® fencing, we’ve got you covered.
Our most popular colours are the simple and dramatic Black Ace and Flat White, with a coating that is extremely durable in Australia’s harsh weather conditions as they are made locally by Dulux Powders and applied by local professionals.
A wide range of colours are available, and you can order colour swatches directly from Dulux® Powders (Electro/Duralloy/Alphatech) or visit your local hardware store to view the complete Colorbond® Range.
We can even custom make a colour of your choice. Big secret! See right down below.
Most Popular Colours
All the colours have been inspired by the colours of Australia. So, whether you prefer colours that are subtle or bold, light or dark, cool or warm, just select one you like from the palette to find out more about the inspiration behind it.
We offer the full range of Colorbond Colours – We don’t show every available option below, just the ones that we know are popular! Visit Colorbond for the full range: https://colorbond.com/colour
since you are down here… we have a secret
Something our competitors don’t know… is that we can wetspray your new Barn Lights *any* colour you want.
Yes. That mint colour you saw on Pinterest –
Yes. That “1967 Ford Mustang Acapulco Blue Metallic with Clear Gloss” – Yes it’ll match your pride and joy.
Yes – Tupperware Green.
No. We won’t judge.
Prior to 2020 – We owned and operated an Automotive Spray Booth designed to spray-paint cars in 2-Pack paints. 2-Pack paints are the “next generation” of paint finishes and are sprayed on every automotive vehicle that leaves a car dealership. If you haven’t seen a rusted car out, its in 2-Pack.
Why do we know this? Well, next door to us was (still is, kinda) an Automotive Spraypainter with 50 years of combined knowledge (Father & Son) of automotive finishes, heritage cars, and purveyor to some of Australia’s most popular stock of vehicle restorations. We learnt a bit is probably an understatement. Unfortunately, we gave up the booth (hand-balled it next door) as finding wet-spray employees was a tough gig (preparation work.. is tough) and frankly we couldn’t on-charge customers a $80p/h going rate to spray-paint all day.
We ended up changing our manufacturing completely to powdercoating as 80% of our customers just want “Black or White” and it was much cheaper to provide that in a powdercoated finish that 99% of customers were happy with, especially the turn around times.
What that means for you – We can provide you/r customers the service however it could (usually is) costly.
Here’s a basic breakdown of the cost of Wet-spray
- Booth Hire : $110 (fixed)
- Wet Spray Paint: $75 (colour matched)
- Application Fee: $29 per fitting
For the sweet addition of $214 for your first custom, coated paint fitting. +$29 for every fitting after that. Once the paint has been formulated (or we have it here pre-formulated already), we won’t charge you for paint again. As mentioned, expensive exercise but its a service you won’t find elsewhere.
